about the game
lhoip is a simple monochromatic maze game focused on exploration and memory.
the idea is pretty straightforward: memorize the maze, find the exit, and try not to get lost along the way.
how to play
at the beginning of each level, you'll get a brief look at the map. use that time to memorize the location of the exit.
once the lights go out, make your way through the maze and reach the exit before time runs out.
traps are hidden throughout the maze and only become visible when you get close. touching one costs a life, and you have 3 lives per level.
remember the way. find the exit.

a little note about the game
lhoip is an older project of mine, originally started around january 2024. i made it when i was still getting familiar with game development, so the project was intentionally kept simple.
it isn't meant to represent my current work. instead, it's just a small look back at one of my earlier projects and the ideas i was experimenting with at the time.
